Order, Payment, Delivery

Steps to order, payment and delivery

1. To place an order, please calculate the amount of your total purchase and kindly make payment to POSB Savings: 183-20467-0.

If there is any excess/deficit due to miscalculation, refund/top up will be arranged when the items arrive, alternatively you can msn us or send an email to us if you have any doubts, I encourage customers to talk to us so that we can advise you on the sizing as well.

2. After making the payment, please send an email to vogueorder@live.com to inform us of the payment with the following details:

Contact Number:
Delivery Address:
Item Code and Color:
Size:
Amount Transferred:
Your I-Banking Transfer Name:
Date & Time Transferred:
Registered Mail: Yes/No ( Look under Delivery point.2 for more info)

3. We will confirm the payment and get back to you within 48hrs (Pls keep the email).

Delivery

1. Free normal local postage.
2. Registered mail is recommended to prevent any loss or damage during the delivery process. An additional SGD$3 will be charged for registered mail.
